What all applications can it be used for?

The machine is suited for hamburger boxes, four-square boxes, pizza boxes, cake boxes, packing boxes, food boxes (take-away), chip boxes, and other cartons.

What is the lead time for your machine?

Lead time will be around 25-30 days.

Do you provide box paper?

We can help to purchase, basically is cardboard and kraft paper, need to determine the weight, size, and quantity.

how many pcs can be box for 1ton paper?

it depends on the size and paperweight. For example, for 250g kraft paper, this unfolds box size around 32*40cm, 1ton could make around 31,000pcs

How to confirm the mold?

The buyer needs to provide the drawings. If not, the buyer can to provide the box style and size, and we will draw the floor plan for confirmation.

What is the difference between wooden and nylon mold? 

1. Pine Wooden: can make around 10,000,000 pcs box, price $100-$120/set, cost around $0.00001-0.000012/pcs

2. Nylon Plastic Mold: No wear and tear in normal use, price $150-$250/set

Is any other mold not possible? like metal.

Metal is not available, cause the weight of the mold needs to be light, to make the punch fast and stable.

Changeover time to replace the mold

It will take 10mins to change the mold and 1-2 hours to adjust the machine

Is water-based adhesive only possible or heat sealing?

Both workable for glue and heat sealing. The Water Glue Sealing system is the standard system in each machine.For PE coated paper, Special Material can ADD EXTRA special seal system

For craft paper: water-based glue

• External view: Milky white-light yellow emulsion (visual inspection)
• Solid content: 52±2﹪ (MX-50, 115℃/2h)
• PH value: 5.0～8.0 (test paper)
• Viscosity: 15000～25000mpa.s (NDJ-1 3#/12rpm 25℃)
• Exposure time: 3～5min (related to coating thickness, temperature and humidity)
• Drying time: ≥8h (related to coating thickness, temperature and humidity)
• Curing time: ≥24h (related to coating thickness, temperature and humidity)
• High and low temperature resistance: -20℃～+60℃ (after fully cured)

for PE paper: hot melt glue:

• Softening point: 110 ± 5 ° C
• Viscosity: 1100-2000
• Use temperature: 150-180 ° C
• Opening hours: 4-6s
• Main ingredients: PO, EVA resin, etc

What additional machinery is required

Need air compressor, 0.8MPA will be enough.

Will you provide training?

Due to the virus, we are not available to send an engineer for now, but we will provide a guidebook, and operate videos.

About the transport, how heavy, all machine are together or separate, installation. Does one machine need one container?

The machine is all together, don’t need assemble when you get it.

The package is one wooden box, size 3500*1320*1500mm(7CBM), weight 2000kg, can make LCL ship

What is the warranty on the machine?

Warranty is for one year, parts free, ship cost on buyer

Do I need other machines?

the whole process from paper roll to box is as follows:

1. paper roll printing

2. die cutter

3. box-making machine

there are two options:

1. use paper roll as raw material-buy three machine,
2. use paper after print&die cut- buy 1 forming machine

if you could get the paper already printed and die-cut, then could put it into box form machine directly

For start business, normally of our client is buying the paper after print direct, then only need buy forming machine

What speed should we expect for each of the different cartons How many cartons per hour?

The highest speed of the machine would be 230pcs/min, but the real average depends on your box type and the operating, three examples:

1. First time operating the machine, probably will be 60-80pcs/min
2. After a while if the operator is becoming familiar with the machine, may around 80-90pcs/min
3. The operator is very skilled and familiar with the machine already, like our technical, the speed will be 100-150pcs/min for burger box type.  120-180pcs/min for boat box(four angles’ box)
