Q: how many hours does operation of the press, and which parts are wearing parts?

A: Every day needs 5-10min to warm up the machine, and then it will work as normal, it can run 24h per day.
The spare part price is as follows:
①Pressing worm (normally don’t need to change the whole set);
②Pressing ring (normally don’t need to change the whole set)；
③Pressing bar；
④Cake output ring；
⑤Cake guide ring.

Q: Can you explain the difference between capacity and output?

A: The capacity is the material quantity. Output depends on the oil content of the material, for example, soybean oil content is 15-25%, the oil yield is 12-18%, which means 1ton soybean can get 120-180kg oil. 1ton soybean=150kg oil+850kg oil cake.

Q: Why squeeze way better?

A: In this way, the oil will be much tasty and the nutrition can be saved.

Q：What the material is made of machine

A：the press cage is made of cast iron, feeding part and shaft are made of carbon steel. And the whole machine coated with anti-rust oil, worm is made of high-strength steel.

Q: After oil being extracted, what remained of the peanut can it be used to produce something else?

A: Outside for 2-3 months, the oil can store for about 2 years if placed in an airtight iron bucket, shut out of the water, air, and light.

Q: Need the oil press to be heated?

A: Yes, the oil press has to be heated while pressing, normally the machine temperature will be enough.

Q: What’s the pressing particle size requirements for oil press?

A: The size of the pressed particles should not exceed 1*2cm or 1.5*1.5cm. If the particles are larger, the crusher can be used to deal with them first

Q: Oil cake can be reused in where?

1.Making pastries, snacks and etc.
2.As fertilizer to grow vegetables or fertilize flowers.
3.As feeds, the oil cake is rich in protein which is the main ingredient of the feed.
