No – heat sealing (hydraulic). Molds are aluminium alloy.
No – the machine cannot be upgraded; you would buy the bigger type. Our experience: clients rarely buy just one set – start small and expand the line as business grows.
No – you need film already printed (gravure-printed film). The machine does valve installing, heat sealing and cutting only.
Material comes in rolls with a MOQ of 100 kg per color; 1 ton makes about 60,000-100,000 pcs depending on size. We can introduce suppliers in China – we don’t sell the material itself.

This machine makes foil balloons up to 36 inch (90 cm). Bigger sizes are available by custom-made machine (e.g. 1400 type); standard types are 700 / 1000 / 1200.

The standard machine makes square foil balloons; change the heat sealing mold for letters, numbers, round, peach, star, heart and cartoon shapes, and cut the outline with the die cutting machine. Die cutting molds (wooden plate + blade) are easy to make locally; hot sealing molds must be connected to the machine for heating.
