– Hot pressing and laminating 9 layers paper to 1 layer paper
– Out of shape with die cutting mold( Cutting mold is replaceable ), Max speed 300pcs/min
– Semi-finished product stack on the conveyor belt and move to pick up spot

– Manually place the knife, fork or spoon into the fixed fixture
– Manipulator slide to forming station with semi-finished product (1 upper mold, 2 lower molds)
– Forming a complete shape, Max forming speed 170pcs/min
– Finished products are stacked on the conveyor belt and move to pick up spot

– Manually place the knife, fork or spoon into the fixed fixture
– Place finished product to rubber clip by manipulator
– Move to glue station finish glue sealing process with rail device
– Pick up sealed product after high temperature drying
