It depends on the market. Several countries restrict or ban single-use plastic cotton buds for retail sale, while medical and laboratory swabs are usually treated separately. Paper and bamboo sticks avoid the issue in most markets, so check the rule for your destination before choosing the stick; we quote the machine for whichever stick type you select.
Yes, with change parts. The swab head shape and the stick length are set by the forming and cutting stations; a different stick diameter or length needs the matching feed and cut parts. Tell us the full size range you plan to make and we quote the change-parts set together with the machine.

The VCS-A is a full-automatic cotton swab machine: making, drying and packing run as one line, with one swab shape mould and one packing unit as standard.
Cardboard boxes, polybags, round and square plastic boxes, and blister packs, with custom packaging available on request. A semi-automatic round-box packing table is included; zipper-bag and square-box packing are options. The line normally runs with two operators, including packing.
