·Could you tell me how many units of the bag on a roll each machine manufactures per minute
The max rewinding diameter is 70mm, which can make 10-70pcs/roll upon the thickness.
The max speed is 70m/min, for the 50cm length bag can produce 140*2=280pcs/min

·The thickness that can be worked or what thickness the machine seals.
The available film thickness is 0.008-0.02mm

·I also see the machine that seals and cuts in the video that it is apart from the one that makes the bag roll.
Is that included in the price or does it have to be paid separately?
The sealing, rolling, and cutting all is included in the price. The labeling is optional, price is $2,000/set for max 70mm width label(two-line need two sets)
