Used for the production of 2-6mm diameter paper stick. Machine available for 1pc at a time and 2pcs at a time. Mainly used in the production of lollipops, cotton swabs coffee, spice, and shoe support projects such as paper wands. With the function of automatic feeding, automatic winding core, automatic gluing, and automatic cutting.

The straight roll-up type paper stick-making machine is a specialized equipment to make the paper stick with Kraft paper and glue. It can produce different sizes of paper sticks according to customer requirements, the range of paper stick sizes is Diameter Ф2.0mm~Ф6.0mm(each machine adjustable range 1.5mm), and the Maximum Length is 260mm.

Feature:

Straight roll-up type machine is suitable for production diameter> 3mm paper stick, production diameter <3mm paper stick can be used to use an Oblique roll-up machine;
This machine uses digital control. Fast production speed, change in the diameter of the paper bars, production statistics, and real-time display of production efficiency and fault alarms;
This machine feed stick and paper sticks are used to drive the servo motor, modify their speed changes to the production speed and paper stick diameter;
This machine is driven by a long wheel (flywheel) by a speed reduction motor and a worm gear reducer. From the frequency converter speed, it ensures stable starting and overload protection. The stable roll velocity is to ensure the quality of each paper rod, the same foundation is the same;
Adopted an inlet electromagnetic metering pump, which can be continuously and stabilized to provide the amount of glue required for the roller, from the PLC automatic control;
Volume paper shaft (air gloss axis) Pine paper uses automatic magnetic powder tension control, which guarantees different outer diameters of the roll paper, and the tension.
This machine is relatively heavy (thickness 25mm long iron plate), which has a small crane to make a small crane on the upper part of the machine.
