VTM Tinsel Garland Making Machine

-What is the process?
The process is to Cut the whole roll of paper PET or PVC into shape, and then with iron wire processing into the tinsel garland

-We need 2 meters long, how it will make?

The length need cut manually, you will get an uncut tinsel garland, 20 meter/50 meter(max 500m), and you can cut it with tools

-What about the installation?

The machine will be test ready before send to you, you just need link to the power that can run the machine, don’t need to install it.

-Do we need any air compressor for it or not?
Don’t need an air compressor

-Maintenance?

The maintain is easy, just lubricate the gear every day

-What is the Shape cutting system?
The standard cut only cut to strip, with shape cutting can cut different shape

–Can we run the machine 24 hour

Yes

-What raw material is needed?
The raw material is wire and roll material, which can be PVC, PET, and PE, normally is PET.
Max material width 170mm, wire specific is 24#-32#

-PET how much thickness is to be used?

the available thickness is 0.012-0.1mm, 0.02mm(20micron) is most common in China

-Is there any measurement?

the machine has counting function, but it’s a rough number

-What’s the capacity (10 hours)?

460m/h*2, 10hours can make 9200m

Capacity: 1500m ~ 2000m each hour (so about 15000m each day)

-Wast crush machine or wast uses?

For straight cutting(Standard) don’t have waste.

For shape die-cutting is 15-40% according to the design.

-If any issue with the machine?

We provide online technical support and will send you a video about how to operate the machine. All of our machines will have tests running before shipment, and we offer a warranty for one year, during the warranty, we will send replacement parts for free, delivery cost on buyer.
