It curls ribbon into curly bows for gift wrapping and decoration. Ribbon is fed in multiple layers, curled, and cut to the set length.
Finished curly bows are cut to a preset length of 300-1,000 mm via the digital preset counter, so every piece in a batch matches without operator measuring. Reference capacity: 500-900 pcs/hour.

Narrow PP ribbon, 6-15 mm wide, fed from up to 12 spool units at once. Keep master rolls at bow-machine widths with an upstream VRS Decoration Ribbon slitting machine or VRW Ribbon slitting and rewinding to spool machine.
